Majority of Rebecca's life was once filled with chaos when eating food. For 40 years she was Survivor WITH Crohn's Disease...she is now a Thriving individual FULL of Love; healed from Crohn's that once ruled over her.

How'd she do that?! Crohn's is not meant to be healed....Of course, we know stress factors in a major role with digestion, but when one goes on the mission to strengthen the love for thy self, while studying ingredients that are leading to a HUGE imbalance of acid/alkaline...let's just say it has now been a life-saving experience that has benefited the entire family. The evidence was obvious to take the journey of researching; while following the guidance and suggestions of several Doctors, Nutritionists, Therapists, Experts, etc.

This led to the birth of The Naked Chefs.

Alongside of Rebecca's decision to focus and change her eating, shopping and lifestyle habits, her husband Nick joined forces in studying and testing out recipes formulating some of the BEST foods they'd ever tasted that would coincide with a Crohn's (anti-flammatory/alkaline) diet. Replacing ingredients that would increase the nutrition levels in protein and minerals to offer a stronger immune system.
